Important Notes:

• Mounting Requirements: These headers will only fit using HQ 350 Chev original engine mounting spacers or PACEMAKER spacers (Part Number: PEMP 350).
• Spacer Orientation: Spacers must be fitted on the correct side (RH spacer is 1¾” high, LH spacer is 1¼” high).
• Transmission Fitment: Compatible with both Manual and Automatic transmissions.
